|Recommended: YesA Wonderful Place to Live — The apartment itself and all shared amenities are always very clean and well maintained.
Everyone in the office, the concierge team, and the maintenance staff is kind, professional, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here very comfortable. Whenever there is an issue or question, it is handled quickly and smoothly.
I also really enjoy the seasonal events that are occasionally hosted — they add a nice sense of community.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance of the building is a 10 10 for the most part. Concierge service is completely useless in that they don’t sign for packages. To live in a luxury building but you have to be home to get your packages is insane. Furthermore, the package room is also a constant headache.
Parking is inconsistent depending on the time you arrive home. If it’s after 5pm you will likely end up in overflow.

When I have needed any maintenance in the apartment, the maintenance staff has promptly solved the issue.

|Recommended: YesThe best apartment complex to live in Atlanta — My 2 years living in the Modera Old Ivy has been just phenomenal in all aspects. The complex is modern and stylish and extremely clean everywhere. The amenities - gym, pool, sauna - are fantastic . The people that live there are delightful - all tenants have been respectful and kind. And lastly, the staff is amazing and proactively work to make sure every tenant has the best possible experience every day. Highly recommend

|Recommended: YesTHE BEST. — Since i moved into Modera Old Ivy and I’m loving it The apartments are sleek with smart tech and tons of space. The rooftop pool and gym are amazing, and the staff is super welcoming—made the move a breeze. Right by Phipps and Lenox, it’s perfect for Buckhead vibes. Only gripe is parking can be tricky, but otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot. Definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesPinnacle of Apartment Maintenance Staff — I highly recommend Modera Old Ivy to anyone thinking about making this apartment their home. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to share my experience that truly differentiates this place from their competition.
I would be remiss to not mention how clean and tidy the entire grounds are. The staff works extremely diligent to keep the shared amenity spaces clean. Between the two resort style pools and full gym sauna, there is a lot to maintain.
Its hard for multi family complexes to differentiate from each other. Usually the newest building complex comes with the newest additions and amenities an apartments can offer. Though Modera Old Ivy is a beautiful and clean space, what separates them from the rest is their incredible maintenance team. The maintenance team is second to none, and they go out of their way at every opportunity to make residents experiences better than expected. When things break, they are fixed immediately and effectively the first time. If you pay attention, you will notice throughout the day the amount of preventative maintenance and upkeep this crew is constantly doing 24 7. They truly go above and beyond expectations and are incredibly nice people.
Korhan Torhan team are great at what they do, and truly the difference makers when it comes to this property. Korhan is an expert in his craft and just genuinely a good person that you are happy to see. Korhan will go the extra mile to make your experience here second to none.
