|Recommended: YesI love my new home — My fiancé and I are so excited to be living at Modera Old Ivy. The building and unit is beautiful, warm and inviting. Overall, the building is excellent quality. My only complaint is that I wish there were more ways to get to my apartment via elevator and that whoever put my unit together took their time with installing the cabinets and appliances. There was already some damages to them that didn’t make sense since the apartment is brand new . Management was able to rectify the issue promptly which was great and appreciated. Overall we absolutely love it here and look forward to the time we will be living at Modera Old Ivy. I would definitely recommend Modera to others based on their quality, staff and attention to detail.

|Recommended: YesThe best place in Atlanta — My wife and I moved from NY and this process was so easy for us. The leasing team provided us with so much information and guidance. They were so helpful before, during and after our move in. What I thought would be a scary and strenuous process was smooth and easy. We have loved every aspect of living here and living in Buckhead. The level of quality is beyond what we could have imagined would be available. We feel like we live in a resort. Our wellness is a focus to the staff and that’s beautiful. I can wake up o. The morning, hit the gym, take my dog to the beautiful dog park, get coffee in the lobby and head to work easily. We are in the perfect location to commute and so close to everything. Highest level of quality and peace you will find. Thank you to Max and the rest of the staff for everything you do to keep tenants happy and keep this space a thriving community. We never want to leave

|Recommended: YesLOVE Modera — I moved into Modera Old Ivy on 11 28 22 and it was the easiest move-in I've ever experienced. The leasing office staff is amazing and so helpful. One of them even helped me move a huge box to my unit. The concierge team is welcoming and polite and knows me by name.
The appliances and construction of the building are high quality. Maintenance requests are handled immediately and the maintenance staff is extremely nice and helpful. It's very quiet and I don't hear my neighbors unless they are walking right by my door.
There are a TON of amenities and the decor throughout the building is stunning. My guests are in awe when they walk through the lobby and even more so when they see my unit and the incredible view.
Modera is by far the BEST apartment I've ever lived in and I will likely renew my lease for a long time.

|Recommended: YesAmazing new property — Very clean property with amazing staff. They also do a great job of enforcing the rules. The only downside is it's so new that there is still some construction going on on the upper floors but that is set to end in early January 2023

|Recommended: YesThank you for such an Easy move in — Max was very helpful and made my whole move in process super easy I love the complex and the staff is very nice. The dog park is super nice as well as all the amenities. Building is also super safe and secure.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place — The property has been excellent. The building is still under construction so occasional noise is expected and minimal. Because it’s a new building a few things are slightly off but the maintenance staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this property. It’s full of amenities.

I am not one to leave reviews however in this case I can't hold back as I've lived in 6 apartments in the past and have a lot to compare this building to. This is one of many reviews I'll leave on Modera Old Ivy as I am quite impressed. I'd like to recognize a few of the maintenance and staff members they are the nicest and hardest working professionals I have ever experienced. Biggs, Corhan, Tommy and Mark can fix anything and keep the building in tip top shape. There are at least 2 ladies who constantly clean the entire building. Jennifer at the front desk is extremely pleasant and keeps us happy with delivery notifications and keeps the building along with all the residents safe. This is what apartment community living should be like.
