Shayla went above and beyond to answer every single question and concern I had I had a lot . She never made me feel like I was a bother. From to the initial walk through to move in day Shayla gave 5 star service, she is knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

|Recommended: YesLoving my new home — Everything has been great The staff is really receptive. I have seen some flaws in construction, like cracked cabinets. Chipped counter tops. Doors etc. But maintenance has been excellent responding to repairs. Overall I love it. I don't drive, so I don't know if there is enough parking.

|Recommended: YesOk so we were blown away by Shawn who got us all set with a home at Modera but when we needed some last minute help needing a bigger floor plan, Max jumped in and literally jumped through hoops to get us a bigger place. The customer service here is top notch. Friendly and sincere and it doesn’t stop once you move in. They roll out the red carpet and really make sure to keep the move in transition their priority and ours.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Modera Old Ivy is a great place to live. The amenities are amazing, clean and not crowded at all.
We checked for several other places around the area and this is one of the best options among the same tier. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Max has been super helpful through all the leasing process and our first days settling in.
